1. Subject to and without prejudice to all terms and policies, the offer is available to FX Courtier clients who meet the eligibility criteria that allow them to get the offer (Eligible Clients), as specified in the sections below.
2. FX Courtier may provide from time to time a "Bonus Program" to its clients who open real trading accounts, in case where such clients have heard about FX Courtier from certain websites and/or social media networks under some specified promotions and/or surveys conducted by FX Courtier from time to time via those specified websites and/or social media networks.
3. FX Courtier offers, in its sole and absolute discretion, the "Bonus Program" to any client/clients, and/or country/region as it deems appropriate and wishes to provide.
4. Only individuals who are able to conclude legally binding contracts in accordance with the laws in force in their country of residence may participate in the "Bonus Program". Without limiting the foregoing, individuals under 18 years of age or under the legal age in their countries of residence ("the minors") are not allowed to participate in the "Bonus Program". If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the "Bonus Program".

1. It should be noted that the addition of the bonus to the eligible client's account may take up to 24 hours.
2. The "Bonus Program" applies to all clients who open real accounts with FX Courtier in accordance with the rules specified in this contract. Moreover, the granted bonus can only be used for trading purposes and cannot be withdrawn.
3. Any withdrawal of funds from the real account/accounts with FX Courtier of the eligible clients will directly invalidate all bonus/bonuses granted and will lead to the withdrawal of all the bonuses previously granted from the real account of the eligible client with FX Courtier.
4. In the case of internal transfers between trading accounts with FX Courtier, the bonuses previously deposited in the sending account will be transferred to the recipient's account in proportion to the percentage of the transferred amount. No new/additional bonus will be deposited after the internal transfer in the recipient's account. If the recipient's account was not eligible for a bonus, the deducted bonus from the sending account will not be deposited in the recipient's account, and thus that proportion of the bonus will be revoked.
5. Bonus cannot be transferred separately between, or from real trading accounts of eligible clients with FX Courtier.
6. FX Courtier has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse the registration of any participation in the "Bonus Program" without having to explain the reasons behind the refusal. In addition, FX Courtier has the right to exclude any participant in the "Bonus Program" who manipulates or attempts to manipulate the procedure of the "Bonus Program" or violates these Terms and/or any of the FX Courtier Specific Terms of Service and Policies listed in the FX Courtier Website. FX Courtier shall not be held responsible of any consequences resulting from the cancellation or the rejection of the bonus, including without limitation, closing the order/orders through the execution of the Stop Loss Order.
7. FX Courtier has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to stop the provision of the above mentioned bonus system to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons behind such a decision. These clients will be notified via e-mail.
8. If that account becomes frozen, all the bonuses previously granted will be withdrawn directly from the real accounts of eligible clients with FX Courtier.
9. Any eligible client can renew this offer only once.
10. The offer is available to all existing and new FX Courtier clients. If you do not have an account, you can open one directly from the company's website.
11. The client must place a minimum amount of required trades to qualify to keep the credit in the account and avoid the due commission penalty upon withdrawal. For every $100 funded, the client must open a minimum of 10 lots on gold and currencies only. In the event of a withdrawal before meeting the required number of opened lots, all profits achieved will be deducted from the client's total balance that was available in the account before filling out the withdrawal request, and he is only entitled to withdraw the deposit amount.
12. The bonus will not be added automatically, but the client should send the support team at FX Courtier a request to add the bonus. The support email is as follows: operations@fxcourtier.com
13. The maximum amount of bonus the client can benefit from is $10,000.
14. The client must maintain enough funds in his balance to cover the margin required for new open trades. Bonus Credit cannot be used to open new trades in case the client balance falls below the margin required amount. When the balance becomes negative, it is zeroed out and any remaining amount in the bonus is canceled when a new deposit is made.
15. Use of Expert Advisors and/or any other form of automated trading including but not limited to any trading signals, scalping, arbitrage techniques, and news trading is not allowed in any account that is participating in this "Bonus Scheme". Similarly, the use of proxies is not allowed with respect to any such accounts either. All trading instruments that are available in the trading terminal may be used for trading. All orders that have been placed at non-market prices will be canceled.
16. Any indication or suspicion, in the Company's sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk-free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant's trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from the credit bonus without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previously credited bonuses of the eligible client's real trading accounts with FX Courtier and/or any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, FX Courtier reserves the right, at its sole discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently). All such eligible client's real trading account(s) with FX Courtier, cancel all orders and annul all profits of such participants. In these circumstances, FX Courtier shall not be liable for any consequences of the bonus cancelation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.
